Minutes of BSWA Meeting September 26, 2008

On behalf of Bali Spa and Wellness Association, we would like to say thank you to Bulgari chef and team for nice food and hospitality during our spa gathering.

Thanks to Intan to be our MC. It was fabulous, it's help to make the participants to be more active and motivated:). Also thank you for your presentation of the Bulgari products.

Thank you to Dwija and Vivien for their feedback as students who received the scholarship from Euro grant for Anatomy & Physiology, and Body Massage. There was one good point from Vivien, please make sure the next candidate will be someone who willing to learn and high motivation.

Please send your candidates to BSWA committee starting now for the Group II. The spirit of euro grant is to help the small player, hope we can have more small player to apply for the second group.

Thank you for the presentation from Espa.

EU Grant update:

•	Group I had done the national test and competency test last Sept. We sent the results by email. For the one who did not spa manager or participants who did not receive this email, please feel free to contact Erika at 08123802660.
•	There will be extra classes to learn about A&P, at Jari Menari. The next schedule will be on October 8th and 10th at 9.00 am - 12.00 noon (Lunch will be provided)
•	The additional class from Pibi will be on 21 & 22 of October, pls see the schedule that Lulu's sent.
•	International test will be on October 26 & 27 at Victus.

Members to help to complete the surveys BSWA/APSWC/EU Grant seeking for help:

•	Based line survey for EU Grant
•	Wage watch from APSWC - the company willing to give free to do this survey and Bali is pilot project, There will be someone contact to collect the survey. If you need more information and form, please contact Ms. Feny.

We are looking for Admin and Finance staffs, preferable local. Please send the application to Ms. Feny at

FYI - STP and BHA Education are working together to support their program in any fields that necessary - ie. FO, HSKP< spa (with bswa)

Next month lunch, we are still looking for the venue. The plan will be make gathering together with travel agent to socialize of our Euro Grant program.
