The gathering started with the registration for the attendees at the hotel lobby around 11 am. |

11.40 am: The welcoming speech by Mr. Jeremy (EAM Nusa Dua Beach Hotel). |

11.45 am: Peter Jones (Bali Alternative Media/BAM) Speech about “The Affordable Targeted Advertising…Period”. He’s introducing the services that BAM offer, including a free tourist info brochures furniture made from recycle wood. He also introduced the bar code scanner that BAM carries. He also mentioned and explained the locations of office and services that they provided to various company and hotels. His company also hire students to do surveys to increase the effectiveness of display brochures. His advertising method is simple and made easy in the same time also straightforward. He closed his speech by asking for questions and answer session. |

12 pm: Regine Winkler informing and give an update about EU-Grant project results from the CIBTAC training and meeting results from EU-Grant meeting called SWITCH Environment in February in Bangkok. |

12.30 pm: While having lunch, Intan represented BSWA updating about the new membership fee which are: for Individual (RP.680,000/year), for corporate single unit/spa operators (RP.780,000/year) and for corporate multiple unit/spa operator (RP.1,080,000/year). |

1.30 pm: Introduction of ROLE Foundation in Bukit/Nusa Dua by Mrs.Lisa Cross about their Tree Movie Night in Sanur (Feb 27th evening) and also she mentioned about her project and activities for all women in Bali particularly in Bukit and Nusa Dua area by planting some organic farms, making art craft, planting the seaweed farm to produce the abalone to sell to Asian restaurants in town. She also looking for volunteer to helps her with the projects. |
